Craig Wade - Co-Founder and Managing Director
Craig Wade is managing director at AODCX and has more than 20 years of datacenter, IT equipment and infrastructure maintenance experience. Wade has managed several successful sales teams and specializes in helping companies understand their IT lifecycle needs. He saves a company money by ensuring capital and assets aren’t overlooked or wasted after restructuring or decommissioning a data center. Wade met AODCX’s co-founder, In Ho Lee, during their time at Atlantix Global Systems, where he served as direct sales manager. Wade oversees the internal sales team and manages the channel partner reseller program.
Prior to AODCX, Wade served as senior strategic account executive with CXtec, where he consulted with Fortune 500 clients regarding the purchase, lease and maintenance of equipment and storage. Wade holds bachelor’s degrees in business and marketing from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Sarah Brainard - Director of Brokerage and Maintenance Services
Sarah Brainard, director of brokerage and maintenance services for AODCX, has over 35 years of experience in IT hardware inventory, procurement, and maintenance services.
Prior to joining AODCX, Brainard served in senior positions for 23 years at Atlantix Global Systems. At Atlantix , Brainard built third-party maintenance services. Her pioneering spirit and leadership paved the way to grow maintenance into a multimillion dollar business unit. Also at Atlantix, Brainard focused on customer care while providing networking communication products, and spare parts to wholesale, government and VAR clients.
